9KJ Series Biomass Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill is a new type of pellet machine, specifically aimed at biomass materials. It is widely used for pelleting various biomass materials. Raw materials

The wide scope of raw material: the corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, branches, leaves, sawdust and other crops in rural areas, solid waste, furfural-residue, edible fungus dregs, and Chinese herbal medicine residue etc. All can be used as raw material.

Final pellets

It is widely used of heating, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source, solved the problem of the coal boiler environmental pollution as well as the higher costs of industry fuel. The feed pellet is for the livestock and poultry. The biomass pellet is for the warm in the daily life, generating, etc. It is the alternative fuel for the non renewable energy such as coal, oil, gas.

Application in a production line

This production line mainly include three systems: raw material crushing system, pellet making system and packing system. All machine we used in this line are: mixer and grinder, screw converyor, flat die pellet mill, bucket elevator, vibrating screener, final pellets bin and packing scale.

Contrast of flat die pellet mill and ring die mill

1) The flat die pellet mill feed vertical, material could get down easily and it solved the problem which sawdust is difficult to flow, but the ring die pellet mill has to be feed by the spiral feeder, the guide plate has to be adjusted continuously as the different density of the material.
2) The die of the flat die pellet mill could be used both sides, the life has been longer than ring die pellet mill.
3) For the flat die pellet mill, the feed quantity could be enlarged by enlarging the diameter of the press roller, but the press roller could not be changed in the ring die pellet mill.

1) The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H).

2) If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.

3) If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
